Sales Lead — Healthcare Infrastructure

Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Lead to build and own our go-to-market motion. This is a founding sales role — you will shape how HostSwarm enters the market, identify the right customers, and close deals that define our trajectory.
What you'll do
- •Identify and engage hospitals, insurers, and healthcare enterprises
- •Run discovery calls, demos, and technical evaluations
- •Navigate procurement, compliance, and IT security reviews
- •Close pilot agreements and convert to production contracts
- •Build the playbook for future sales hires
What we're looking for
- •Experience selling infrastructure, SaaS, or technical products to healthcare organizations
- •Comfort navigating long sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments
- •Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical buyers
- •Self-directed, low-ego, high-accountability
- •Genuine interest in healthcare operations and AI infrastructure
Nice to have
- •Prior experience with radiology, medical imaging, or clinical workflows
- •Familiarity with HIPAA, BAAs, and healthcare compliance
- •Network in health system IT, revenue cycle, or payer operations
Compensation
Competitive base + commission. Equity for the right candidate. This is a high-impact role with significant upside.
